ChemIndustrial offers small hydroclone models called miniclones. Due to their small diameter, the liquids inside spin at a very high angular velocity, providing the highest G-force of any of ChemIndustrial’s hydroclones. High g-force makes these miniclones your best choice for separating very small particles or particles only slightly more dense than the suspending liquid.
Miniclone with casing and miniclone array
Other vendors’ miniclones are generally available only as arrays in expensive pressure vessels. ChemIndustrial miniclones are designed to allow use as single units. Higher capacities are achieved by manifolding single units in whatever quantity is required.

Miniclones
Naked mini hydroclone.
Miniclone with housing
The miniclone housing allows east integration into existing piping systems.
Several housed miniclones
An example of miniclones in their housings. Multiple housed miniclones can be manifold into an array to increase flow volume.
Miniclone housing with alternative head configuration
The miniclone housing is modular. Alternative heads are available for connection versatility.
Miniclone array, side view
Due to the small diameter required to generate the high level of angular velocity, miniclones are low flow rate devices. System capacity can be increased by manifolding multiple miniclones. The angular velocity is retained, and the flow volume increases in proportion to the number of miniclones in the manifold.
